Bookings & Orders

  • All event bookings and hat orders are subject to availability.

  • Bookings are confirmed once a deposit (if required) is received.

  • Custom hat orders begin production after confirmation; please review your specifications carefully, as changes may not be possible once production has started.​

Payment

  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified on our website.

  • Full payment is required for orders and events prior to delivery or attendance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits for events are non-refundable.

  • Custom hat orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
