At Crown & Feather Collective, we take pride in creating handcrafted, custom hats that are designed just for you. Because each piece is made to order, we want to make sure you understand our refund and exchange guidelines before booking or purchasing.
Custom Orders

All hats are made to your specifications, including choice of feathers, flowers, ribbons, and embroidery.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds on custom orders once production has begun.
Exchanges

If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will gladly offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Exchanges for size adjustments are possible if the item has not been altered or worn, but may incur a small restocking or shipping fee.
Cancellations

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, production will begin and cancellations are no longer accepted.
Event Bookings

Deposits for events (weddings, parties, corporate events) are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new date subject to availability.
