  • All custom hats are made to order.

  • Orders typically take 5–10 business days to process before shipping, depending on customization and demand.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and service level.

Delivery Times​

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping​

  • At this time, we ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available—please contact us directly to discuss options and pricing.

Damaged or Lost Packages​

  • Crown & Feather Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

  • Tracking information will be provided for all orders so you can monitor your shipment.
